Apple has launched new map service Apple Maps knowing that it is a major initiative and they are just getting started with it. They are continuously improving it, and as Maps is a cloud-based solution, the more people use it, the better it will get.

It's quite true and Apple is trying to resolve the issue as early as possible. Though, they have had one years contract remained with Google to use their Maps, but, instead, Apple used TomTom's maps, customized with iPhone 5. And the result is very pathetic and non-classy for some instance.
